How many children each day are you licensed to take? 59

What are the hours of operation? 8.00 – 5.30 pm

What is the cost?  In 2017 the cost is $83 per day.  You may be eligible for government rebates to subsidize this amount.

Is there a late fee? A late fee of $2 per minute for the first 10 minutes applies and $10 per minute there after.

Do we provide food? No, we request that parents provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea if children are staying past 3.30pm.

Do children rest? Yes, our Preschoolers rest on beds from about 12.30 and our Preps rest quietly.  Children are never made to rest or sleep.

How many children in each class? There are 20 children in each Prep Room (2 Prep Rooms) and 19 in the Preschool Room (3 yr olds).

What is the staff to child ratio? We have four university trained early childhood teachers at the Centre (including our Director). All other educators hold at least a Certificate III in Children's Services. Every staff member holds a Senior First Aid Certificate and has attended Asthma, CPR and Anaphylaxis training.

How do I enroll? It’s important that you complete a Waiting List Application Form.  Send this to the School along with your $100 application fee. You will be sent a letter of receipt. You may like to pop in and visit (and we encourage this). Enrolments for the following year begin in June each year. A formal offer of enrolment will be given via phone by the Centre Director and followed up with a formal offer in writing. Positions are offered in order of the date the Waiting List Application was received.

When is the Centre closed? The Centre provides care 48 weeks of the year and closes over the Christmas New Year period.

Do you charge for public holidays? No

Do I still pay if my child is away due to illness or holidays? Yes, to keep your position, you are still required to pay for absences.

Does my child have to be immunised to attend?  No, however you must provide relevant documentation as required by NSW Health. Unimmunised children will be excluded if an outbreak occurs at the Centre of an immunisable disease. (Fees will be charged to ensure your child's position is held).
