At Hills Adventist College we know how important it is to provide support and nurture for our students. Our goal is to nurture resilience, develop self-confidence within each student, and encourage the formation of worthwhile relationships with both peers and teachers. We recognise that there is a gradual shift from dependence to independence through the Middle School years and our desire is to provide our students with a safety net of care, where through staged transition our students are prepared for Senior School, where they will be expected to be more independent and self-reliant.
Their homeroom teacher will provide support and encouragement, regular communication with parents and caregivers, spiritual guidance that leads to wholeness, and support for students at risk.
