Registration Information 2019

Welcome to 2019, we are looking forward to another great year at Hills Adventist College!

Information for the commencement of the school year has been included below for your convenience.  

 

Start Dates

Tuesday - 29 JanuaryYears 1-4, Years 5-8 

Wednesday - 30 January: Years 9-12 

Thursday - 31 January: Kindergarten (Castle Hill & Kellyville campuses)

 

Registration Day

Date to be confirmed

Registration will take place in the Kellyville Campus Library from 8:00am to 5:00pm.


Please note: YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND REGISTRATION DAY if your children are in Years 5-12 and you have already made your fee and bus arrangements.

Junior School - Please note all Kindy to Year 4 students will receive their stationery packs from the Kellyville Campus Library on registration day.


On registration day, please proceed to the Kellyville campus library for the following:

  • Kindy - Year 4 Stationery book pack collection
  • Fee arrangements
  • Private school bus arrangements
  • Collection of 2018 reports (if these haven't already been collected) 


Uniform Shop - Extended trading hours in January

Regular Uniform Shop Trading Hours 

Monday: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am - 11:00am

Friday: 8:00am - 11:00am


Fee Statement

Your fee statement will be sent a week before College starting date.  More information to come.


Confirmation of Personal Details

You will be sent a link prior to the commencement of the school year inviting you to review and update the personal details the College has on file for parents/guardians and students. Please keep an eye out for this email and attend to this at your earliest convenience.

Hills Adventist College operates its own bus system for safe and convenient travel, collecting children from surrounding suburbs. Every effort is made for pick up to be as close to home as possible, within the set routes.  If you would like your child to travel on our private bus service an application form must be completed - please see link for this below.

Private Bus costs

Private bus costs are as follows:

$3.80 per trip - first child in the family

$2.80 per trip - second child in the family

$1.80 per trip - third and subsequent children in the family

Please note that if the bus is used morning and afternoon this would incur a $7.60 cost per day for the first child, $5.60 for second child and $3.60 for all subsequent children.

Public Bus

Public buses are available for our students.  These buses drop off and collect from the gates at both our Castle Hill and Kellyville campuses.  Students who would like to utilise the public bus system will require an Opal card.  Please refer to details below in how to obtain this card.
