Our Bus Service
Hills Adventist College operates its own private bus system for safe and convenient travel, collecting children from surrounding suburbs.
Hills Adventist College operates its own bus system for safe and convenient travel, collecting children from surrounding suburbs. Every effort is made for pick up to be as close to home as possible, within the set routes.
At present, there are five buses that transport students to and from the College. The routes are set at the beginning of each year and may vary from year to year depending on demand. Currently, the bus routes cover the following areas:
- The Ponds
Includes Beaumont Hills, Quakers Hill, Kings Park, Stanhope Gardens.

Includes Glenhaven, Cherrybrook, Castle Hill and Baulkham Hills.

Includes Pendle Hill, Constitution Hill, Seven Hills and Baulkham Hills.

Includes North Kellyville.

Includes Bella Vista, Glenwood and Kings Langley.

There is also a shuttle service that connects the two campuses (Kellyville and Castle Hill Campus) that operates both morning and afternoon.
The bus stops and times for each year will be determined during the end of year school break and parents will be advised of details before the commencement of the school year. Students are required to arrive at their designated bus stop 5 minutes prior to the pickup time to ensure that the buses arrive at the College before classes begin.
Fees are charged once each term. Please note that as this service is heavily subsidised, no discounts or pro-rata rates apply where bus usage commences or ends part way through a term. In addition, where the basis of usage changes during a term, the higher applicable rate will apply for that term.
Charges Per Term:
Full Time Bus
1st Child — $455
2nd & Subsequent Children — $365
(part time usage will be charged on a pro rata basis with a 5% surcharge applied)
$170 Per Term.
No family discounts apply to the shuttle service.

Please note: If your child is booked on the bus, and won't be using the bus on a particular day, please ensure you contact the driver directly to notify them, so they are not waiting for your child at the bus stop or at school. See contact numbers above.
Shuttle Bus Service: The shuttle bus service leaves each campus at 8:15am in the morning. Please ensure they arrive before this time so they do not miss the bus.
